As the Assistant Director for Grants and Finance Administration, Alison oversees the operations for the Strategic Partnerships and Engagement Office as well as the Office of Innovation. Alison also manages the Office of Innovation’s sponsored research portfolio and assists with processing industry and foundation research gifts. 

Alison joined the Strategic Partnerships and Engagement Office in November 2024, following a successful tenure at the Princeton Materials Institute (PMI), where she excelled as a Business Manager and Grants Manager. During her five years at PMI, she empowered faculty, students, and staff to navigate sponsored research processes and optimized departmental operations.

Before joining Princeton, Alison spent four years at MJH Life Sciences® as a Grants Manager and Executive Assistant for Physicians’ Education Resource® (PER®), MJH Life Sciences® oncology education division. Prior to that, she worked as an Operations Manager overseeing merchandising, human resources, and loss prevention for a large retailer.

Alison holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Project Management from DeVry University. 

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, arts and crafts, and spending time with her two cats.
