Researchers from Princeton, Rutgers and NJIT are invited to submit abstracts for the first annual symposium of the New Jersey Alliance for Clinical and Translational Science (NJACTS).

Abstract Submission

Abstracts will be reviewed by the session co-chairs. Two abstracts will be selected for presentations and others will be selected for the poster session.

Deadline: Abstracts must be submitted by August 6 at midnight, using the online form available at:

The Symposium

Date: The symposium will be held virtually on September 22-23.

Attendance: Open to all, including faculty, postdocs, students, industry and medicine professionals and others.

The goal of the Symposium is to bring research from the NJ ACTS academic communities of Rutgers, Princeton and NJIT together to present the best new clinical and translational research and build collaborative partnerships.  

The two-day conference will feature sessions on four hot topics:

  • Inclusion, Diversity and Equity in AI and Machine Learning: Jonathan Cohen, David Foran and Yi Chen

Each session will include a keynote by an internationally recognized researcher and two presentations from within the NJ ACTS community. Additional NJ ACTS research will be presented at the poster session. There will be opportunities for networking, and for learning about the NJ ACTS cores and the resources and services they can provide.
