Princeton Institute of Materials (PRISM) is delighted to welcome you to campus to participate in this year’s symposium, a full day in-person event on Wednesday, April 6th with a focus on how the Institute enables and grows synergies and collaborations, across campus and with external partners, laying the foundation for breakthrough scientific and technological innovation.
Who should attend
This symposium is intended for the materials science community at Princeton and beyond: Princeton faculty, researchers, staff, alumni and students (all levels); professionals in industry, government and organizations. All are welcome to join.

This all-day, in-person program is free. Registration is required.
Program
The day begins with opening remarks by Dean for Research Pablo Debenedetti and Dean of the School of Engineering and Applied Science Andrea Goldsmith, followed by a keynote address by Dr. Ahmad Bahai, Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of Texas Instruments. Four panel discussions will be featured, with speakers from academia, industry, and government, focused on materials in bioengineering, water and energy, advanced manufacturing, and entrepreneurship. Serial entrepreneur Christian Theriault will be the luncheon speaker and five new faculty will present their research. View full program.
