About the Program
The Princeton Alliance for Collaborative Research and Innovation (PACRI) provides funding to support collaborative research projects that are co-led by principal investigators from Princeton and from a PACRI partner institution. These partner institutions are Howard University, Jackson State University (JSU), Prairie View A&M University (PVAMU), Spelman College and the University of Maryland Eastern Shore (UMES).
In now its second year, PACRI has funded 20 research projects, spanning from the natural sciences to social sciences to the humanities and to engineering. In February of 2024, Princeton University hosted the first PACRI Program meeting, where researchers, students and staff from all of the partner institutions gathered for a multi-day event.
