Strategic Partnerships and Engagement (SPE) and the Office of Research and Project Administration (ORPA) in the Office of the Dean for Research aim to optimize the management of research-related agreements with industry partners while simultaneously strengthening the underlying relationships.

These two teams work symbiotically on industry engagements and funding agreements to effectively solicit, negotiate and manage these research-related agreements.

Strategic Partnership Specialists in SPE serve as the liaison between industry and Princeton researchers. The Specialists are engaged in specific research topics or academic units. Find your specialist.

ORPA supports SPE during initial discussions to develop a contractual framework and serves as the lead on contract negotiations with the industry partner.
